The re-scheduled Interschool Swimming Carnival will be held on Friday 5 May at the Narrogin YMCA Leisure Centre. The schedule of events will be the same as the information sent out last term. Please click the link at the bottom of this notice should you require an additional copy.
The organising school, Williams Primary School, has informed us that due to the depth of Narrogin Leisure Centre, all children will begin races in the water. We have been informed that this decision is in line with Department of Education guidelines and Faction Carnival Rules held at this venue.
We are aware that St Matthew’s School has allowed our competent swimmers to dive at our Faction Carnivals; however, as we are the only non-government school participating in this event, we will need to abide by the rules set at this event.
