One Big Voice
Congratulations to our talented choir students who performed at the One Big Voice concert at the RAC Arena on Thursday night (22 August). This was an amazing experience and I feel very fortunate that I was able to attend. A huge thank you to Miss McCormack and Mrs Moulton for preparing our beautiful students and attending the excursion.
Year 4 and Year 5 Dryandra Excursion
On Friday August 23, the Year 4 and 5 classes enjoyed a fantastic day at Dryandra! The students learnt about the precious creatures being nurtured and rehabilitated in the bush that surrounded us by the brilliantly knowledgeable Maria Lee! Maria also talked about and showed us the different flora we could find and we appreciated her time in sharing her expertise.
MJR Awards
Our Year 6 students present a Making Jesus Real Award at each assembly. Congratulations to Theo (Yr 2) for being this week’s recipient for always using his manners.
Art Awards
The Art Award for Week 6 went to Nikita (Yr 4) for the candy popart inspired by Andy Warhol. Congratulations, Nikita!
