SunSmart Country Schools’ Tennis Classic
On Wednesday, 28 February, a select group of Year 5 & 6 students represented our school at the SunSmart Tennis Classic. All students showed great team spirit, sportsmanship and, most importantly, had lots of fun on the day. St Matt’s 2 made it into the semi-finals. They gave it their absolute best, but came up just short, losing three games to two to Wickepin. A special thanks to Helen Sewell and Donna Hardie for assisting us on the day!
STEM Marvellous Pre-Primary Mixtures
Our beautiful Pre-Primaries thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with their marvellous mixtures in STEM last week. They learnt about how different substances float, sink and mix together to create colourful creations. Looks like so much fun!
Year 1 & 2 Prayer Service
On Thursday, 29 February the Year 1’s and Year 2’s joined together in prayer to focus on this special time of Lent.
